Return Policy

Unless otherwise stated, items ordered from BagpipesOnly.com may be returned provided the customer adheres to the following procedure.

All merchandise, except chanters, printed or recorded material, may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, (excluding shipping/handling costs and eBay, Paypal or Billpoint fees) if the customer emails for Return Authorization within fifteen (15) business days upon receipt of merchandise. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges both ways. For items with shipping included in the price, the customer is responsible for the actual cost of shipping and handling. There is no restock fee if the return is made within the agreed time, otherwise, a restock fee of 20% would apply.

All claims for damage or defects must be made within two (2) business days of receipt by email.

Additional terms:

Customer must have prior authorization from BagPipesOnly.com before returning any item. Returns without a proper authorization number written on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
Bagpipes must be returned to the warehouse they shipped from. Do not return merchandise to our sales center. If you are unsure, please verify correct address with us.
Return items must be in new and resalable condition.
Return items must be sent in the original packaging or carton, and must include original receipt of purchase.
Scottish bagpipes ordered for customers are not returnable.
Customer must provide adequate insurance on return items.
Shipping, Ebay or Paypal/Billpoint Fees will be deducted from your purchase price to arrive at your refund amount.

We reserve the right not to issue or process your credit in the event the returned product is received too late or in unsatisfactory condition. Please allow six to ten weeks to process returns, as it takes time to process instruments and inspections.
